About Zendrian
How do I place an order on Zendrian?
Select the product you’d like to buy from the options available in our menu. Select the color or model, and then add to your cart. At checkout, you can pay using several convenient payment options including Paypal, Credit Cart, and Bank Installment (where available).
How does shipping work?
Large bikes and scooters take some special handling to get to your door, but rest assured – we’re experts at this!
What is the warranty?
Zendrian offers a front-to-back one year warranty on all Zendrian branded products with local service and repair offered in Shenzhen or Bangkok (more service locations coming soon). For other brands, the respective manufacturers offer their own warranty terms. In all cases, Zendrian will accept unused and resellable product for exchange or return for up to 7 days after receipt.
How do I track my order?
Once your shipment details have been confirmed, our service team will email you a tracking number and details for how to follow your order. Generally final delivery is performed by a local courier who will bring the scooter or bike directly to your door.
